Power of Pleasure Terms & Conditions
Effective February 22, 2021
The following terms and conditions pertain to any and all classes offered by the Power of Pleasure.
Registration:
Registration fees are fixed and will be placed in a prominent place on the class website. All fees will be paid in advance via PayPal at the time of registration.
Cancellation:
Should Power of Pleasure cancel any class, participants will receive a full refund. Cancellations prior to 48 hours before the start of a class will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds if a participant cancels within 48 hours of the start of the class.
Certificate of Completion:
Participants who attend and participate in all sessions will receive a certificate of completion via email within 72 hours after completion of the class.
Participant Evaluation Feedback:
The Power of Pleasure takes participant evaluation very seriously and endeavors to create better programming and workshop conditions based on the feedback we receive. Participants will be strongly encouraged to complete the feedback form.
Special Needs Requests:
If you require specific accommodations because of a disability, please email xanet@powerofpleasure.com at least 10 calendar days before the workshop date so that appropriate arrangements may be made.
Participant Confidentiality:
We shall maintain strict confidentiality of participant participation in all of our programs, including names of participants and any information they submit to us. Participant confidentiality will also be required by the participants as a pre-requisite for attending the workshop as personal information may be shared during the program.
